Terrible interview process-save your time-AVOID. I thought this would be an interesting company to work for. They did bring me in quickly, which was good. Talked to HR first, then 2 women-they were ok, but then one women at the end said "it just sounds like you're a risk taker who flies by the seat of your pants" not sure if she meant to tear me down, but I took that as a compliment. I asked how long it would take to hear back/what next steps were, she seemed annoyed I asked, said 2 weeks. I didn't hear anything, and I followed up with HR, and checked the portal-it still says "interview scheduled-action requested" a month later-I tried removing my application, but I'm unable to-the position has been filled. If you're going to reject potential candidates, get back to them, their time is valuable.
