The process was straightforward. I had an initial screening call with HR, followed by a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. The conversation covered my background, motivation for joining Coca-Cola, and a few competency-based questions. The tone was professional but relaxed and the whole thing moved fairly quickly.

Interview
Applying through an internship program, I had taken skills and personality tests and conducted a presentation on a case study in front of a panel, before my CV arrived at the company. After that I was called and invited for an interview 1:1 and a second one with a group of two people. The next day I was called to say I was accepted.
