Pretty straight forward, screening call then interview with 2 associates in my case and then the next round very similar, ends with an in person interview in Bloomfield where their headquarters are located.

Cigna’s OLDP interview process includes an initial screening, a second behavioral interview, and a final “Blitz” round with multiple interviews, focusing on leadership, teamwork, problem solving, and overall fit within the organization.

Interview
Phone screen followed by two behavioral interviews. Third stage would have been in-person in CT. First was with two current associates, second with a graduate of the program. All interviewers were friendly, engaging and sounded passionate about the program.
