The interview process was okay. The behavioral questions asked were fairly standard and common for interviews. The interview also wasn't too long. But they were slow to respond or had ghosted me.

Question 1
One of the questions was simply "tell me about yourself"
Initial phone screening and then two rounds of interviews, round 1: hour long interview and round 2: superday with case study with a group and solo hour long behavioral interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Never got to do an interview. Recruiter asked for my availability multiple times and then rejected me even though a wide scheduling availability was communicated. Not sure how this could have been avoided if they constantly were unavailable to schedule an interview with.
