Consisted of three total interviews. Two with each director then an interview panel. Each interview consisted of technical and behavioral questions. Overall, it was a good experience with lots of feedback. 0k

The interview process was great. Prescreening was very straightforward. She described the position and asked me questions about what was on my resume. Moved on to an interview with two of the managers in the department.

Why do you think you are a good fit for this position
The process is slow. 1st interview is a recruiter screening. It may be another couple weeks before 2nd and 3rd interviews. They ask situational questions eg. tell me about a time when...and they appreciate responses in STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Interviews are often conducted virtually with cameras on.
It was easy panel interview. They were very friendly and the interviewers were coworkers in the team I would be working for. They made it comfortable and easy going with questions that were easy to answer for my level.
