The director and a provider relations rep were on the phone call. They described the position and the requirements. They asked me about my background and what was it about provider relations I like and what were the challenges of the position?

Spoke with HR, then hiring manager, took maybe 30mins, then I called the next week and did not receive a call back until the third week. Not professional, little communication.
