After I applied for this opportunity I got an email a few days later inviting me to round 1. The first round was done over Webex for me and a typical behavioral interview. So expect questions related to how well you work on time, how you communicate with your team how you faced problems and complex projects. Then about 2-3 weeks later I got an email saying I'm invited to the R2D days which Is a more relaxed pre-night and then a formal interview session the next day. The interview process is easy. They give you breakfast and lunch there are panels you attend and you do 3 interviews. But each interview was broken up with the other things they had planned that day. The 3 interviews include a case study "group interview" with a 5min presentation (it was pretty fun) another behavioral interview and a technical interview

After the screening and behavioral phone interview I was advanced to the Round 2 Day group interview event which is organized by the TECDP program office and the other TECDP associates. There was a fancy relaxed dinner with management the night before, hotel stay, and a full day of activities consisting of behavioral interview, case interview, team building activity, and a presentation. Food was provided throughout the day and it was an exciting event. Everyone was exceedingly nice. We each had a buddy and I received a ride from my buddy where we could chit chat some more away from the group.
