Multiple interviews with Cigna managers and analyst, talk about experience and asked some technical questions relating to SQL. Depending on the manager you may have 1-6 people in a large interview.

Question 1
Can you tell me the difference between inner join and putter join?
The process is slow. 1st interview is a recruiter screening. It may be another couple weeks before 2nd and 3rd interviews. They ask situational questions eg. tell me about a time when...and they appreciate responses in STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Interviews are often conducted virtually with cameras on.
It was easy panel interview. They were very friendly and the interviewers were coworkers in the team I would be working for. They made it comfortable and easy going with questions that were easy to answer for my level.
Interview process was very intensive: first, second, and group interview. The interviewers on the first and second are associates and third interview was with senior managers. Overall, experience was great.
