I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a really smooth and easy interview. The 1st round was about 1 hour and the 2nd round was 3 hours with plenty of gaps for networking and lunch in between.
1st round was fully behavioral and 2nd round was much longer with 3 interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First round was common behavioral questions like "tell us about a time you had an obstacle and overcame it" or "tell us about your greatest achievement"
Second round had 3 interviews: 5 minute presentation about any project you worked on, behavioral interview, really short and easy tech interview where I got to choose a language and program leetcode easy questions. Questions were similar to "you have a bag of balls. choose one at random and output the color of the balls"
Interviewed in 2023. The first round was a quick screening interview with recruiters about background and knowledge of the company plus clarifying any details on the application. The second and final round was in-person onsite. They flew me out to the HQ that was closest to my location preference. The final round was multiple interviews throughout the day, from a behavioral and background interview to a technical interview, and then you were divided into a small group case study where you worked through an issue together with your fellow interviewees and finally presented your solutions to current TECDPs.
