Applied online... didnt hear anything for like 5 months and then talked to recruiter. About two weeks later, had interview with three individuals on the team. Asked about myself and my experiences, asked 3 behavioral questions (1 on ambiguity, 1 on challenges, 1 on team leading). And then asked questions of team in the end. Didn't get the position but they were very nice and encouraging

Very competitive but goes without show that Cigna is a great company that puts its employees above all. Great people and the overall environment was friendly. Questions were more based on experience
