I filled out an application online and had a reference from an employee. I got a call back with a quick 20 minute screening, and was then sent to a face-to-face interview. Interview was with two managers for that position and asked several behavioral type question. "Tell me about a time" questions.

The "tell me about a time" questions are tough. You really need to think about specific examples.
Easy fast and hired on the spot after the length of a process to say the least! Would do it all over again please and thank you Cigna Group. Such an opportunity for sure!

Very pleasant experience. Relaxed. There was one phone interview and one face to face interview. Phone interview is pretty standard. The entire process was a good one but the length of the process was a little long.

Face-to-face interview with around 5-6 members of the accounting team including management. The process took about 1-2 hours. The interviewers would then all vote on which applicant they preferred and the person with the most votes were given an offer.
