The process was broken into three rounds. For the first round of interviews I had a phone call. The second round of interviews was in video call format. The third round of interviews were conducted on site. You toured the facilities and got a feel for the company.
The online interview process was smooth and positive. They seek an integrated experience with agency management, I liked the integrated agency management approach. The promotion plan test was required but fair.

Started with a screening interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a member of their team. It was a fairly straight forward process. It just took longer than expected.
