I applied through university. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Dec 2015
Interview
Basic phone interview. Asked about personal skills, things on my resume, and about the actuarial profession in general. Wanted to know about my knowledge on the current health care reform.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Bloomfield, CT)
Interview
It was entirely behavioral, focusing on my past experiences, actions, and problem-solving approaches, exploring how I’ve handled real situations in previous roles, and the interviewers were friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested throughout.
Two rounds of interviews, the first being a phone call with a recruiter and the second being a zoom call / in-person meeting with a manager in the department. Neither were very stressful
it was about 3 rounds, pretty easy, ur typical STAR format interviews, just have stories prepared u should be fine, it was a chill environment, even the recruiter was so nice
