First you take a test on line then someone calls you for a phone interview. I was then asked to come for a face to face interview. The HR person told me to dress in business formal. I went to the interview thinking all was well. I received an email two days later saying I was not qualified. I can tell you I am well qualified, but I am over 50. A family friend was interviewed over the phone and got the job. I wrote her resume! She has a very limited resume. Not that she doesn't deserve the job, but I find it hard to believe that she interviewed over the phone and got the job and I went on an hour interview with a child in a sundress while I was business formal! I believe that my age ws a major factor. When I asked to leave my references the interviewer was like no I think I heard enough.
