The Churchill School And Center interview questions

Very different process than what I have seen before. There were 5-6 candidates that about 8 employees of the school interviewed at the same time. Each candidate was place in a classroom and the employees rotated classes about every 10-15 minutes. Then after all had come through we were taken down to the library and had to write an essay.
