Applied online at the chicagolighthouse.com, call center agent for illinois tollway recieved a call days later. did a one on one interview on the spot i took a typing test,a verbal test (answering a phone,responding to questions), i was then given a paper to go get fingerprinted, then drug screen, next orientation and lastly training

It was very relaxed. The interview wasn’t long at all. Easy questions. Once the interview was over I was buried within 2 hours. I was hired before the results of my drug test.

Applied online and was called in for an interview very quickly. Met with HR rep and Call Center Manager. Offered position via phone about 2 days later. Wanted me to start right away. Got nervous because I heard from past employees they turnover quickly.
