I applied online and was contacted within 2 days for a phone screen with the HR recruiter. While applying online, I completed a personality test and skills assessment. The recruiter was very nice, forthcoming and encouraging. I was scheduled a week later for an interview with the SVP I would have been supporting. He was pleasant, had a good sense of humor and quick wit. I was emailed a few days letter (a personal email) expressing gratitude for my participation although I had not been selected, and that I would be kept in mind in the event another position opened up.
