I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Sunrise, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
Interview is to the point and centered around the typical hospitality/customer service scenario based questions. Be prepared to study and work your tail off through training! Being a designated trainer for the company, I can say the 3 part certification process that you’ll go through as an incoming employee (once you’re in your hiring location) can be intimidating, but 100% possible!! Know your soups and fish specials, maintain the same upbeat and bubbly personality you got hired for and you’re good :).

Interview
Nice and easy, the process was simple and smooth, they asked about previous experience, and that's really it. If you are looking to work somewhere with higher checks, go here.
I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Washington, DC)
Interview
Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.
Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
