I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Huntington Beach, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very respectful and formal interview with genuine interaction and discourse throughout. An enjoyable conversation while maintaining a focus on important workplace agenda. I began interviewing with a front of house manager, and eventually spoke with the general manager who was very kind and amicable and eventually offered me the job on the spot.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Glendale, WI) in Mar 2026
Interview
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Interview
Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory
Interview
3 interviews, first 2 pretty much just about availability, last one was more scenario questions such as what you would do if you noticed a guest wasn't having a good experience and how to better it. Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
