      The interview process at The Charles Group is exactly what you would expect from an agency of their caliber—thorough, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable. Unlike “churn and burn” agencies, The Charles Group demonstrates a thoughtful and intentional approach to hiring and retaining talent. The staff are passionate about building strong teams and ensuring that resources are valued. The two founders, Aaron and Samantha, stand out as dedicated and energetic leaders who are deeply invested in making decisions that positively impact their team members, contracted resources, and clients alike. The People Operations Director was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the entire process, making each step feel seamless. Every staff member I met was smart, creative, and easy to engage with—clearly committed to supporting one another and the organization’s mission. Overall, the experience reflected The Charles Group’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and care for its people.

      The questions asked were aligned with what you would expect for a senior role in a smaller organization—thoughtful, relevant, and designed to assess both experience and fit. The entire process took a little over two weeks and included five separate meetings. Each meeting represented a clear step in the interview journey, yet they felt more like engaging, informative conversations than formal interviews.
