This was an in person interview at my college. It had structure to it, and good thought provoking questions, but also led into some good conversations that allowed them to get to know me.

I went to an info session on campus and talked to a recruiter and gave him my resume. I was called the same night for an interview the next day. It was a pretty straightforward interview. The people were very nice and caring. They care a lot that you are a packaging major or minor.

Interview
Current employees came to my school for an info session and later collected resumes. I got an email later that night to schedule an on campus interview. The questions asked were standard: tell me about yourself, pros/cons, see if I knew anything about the company and their products, behavioral/technical questions.
