I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cambium Group
Interview
Incredibly long winded.
I had an interview with an HR Person, we seemed to get along so I did a technical test (~4 hours), I then had to spend another hour with their architect doing a pair programming exercise and then I was in another call for an hour with two senior devs.
I was told, via a recruiter, that they were very impressed with my technical test and that the senior architect really liked me during the pair programming activity. However we then got to the devs for a supposed "culture interview" to see if i was a good fit, in this call they also asked me about my work history. I thought we got along well and I was looking forward to the next stages when the recruiter emailed me to say that, although they liked me they didnt feel I had the experience for a mid level role due to being a BA in my last project (I told them I was currently a dev using their technologies in my current one) and that they wouldnt have the overhead to train me.
The whole thing left a very sour taste in my mouth as this should have been established earlier, before I spent my personal time having to complete a technical test and pair programming activity. Especially as they were supposedly "very happy" with the code I had written.
There was going to be two more interviews as well with senior staff, I believe one who is running the wedding shop and one who is a key investor.
I'm very disappointed as it all seemed to be going very well and a done deal, I'd love to work for them in the future but their interview processes is a bit ridiculous.

Question 1
Pair programming activity is a simple problem solving exercise, like you might find on "hackerrank"
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cambium Group (London, England)
Interview
An absolute waste of time. The recruiter reached out to me, we had the initial call and they said they wanted to recruit 6 devs quickly. I was given the mars rover test for which I completed front end and back end only to be told on the morning of the second interview that they have recruited all the devs they need in the past one day since we spoke. It is exactly as the other reviews mentioned, a total waste of time. They say they want to recruit urgently, get you to waste your time on the coding challenge and then cancel..

Interview
Telephone interview with HR first then face to face interview with the lead developer and a business analyst. Most of time went through your career experience and usual hr questions.
