Phone Interview: very thorough and personable interview held directly with the school Principal. By explaining the needs of the school along with pay and benefits, the Principal educated me on the Christian school beliefs and principles, to make sure I was aware that this is a huge factor in who they hire. I was informed also that if a parent offers to assist or requests hire, they will be among first candidate in selection.
