pretty basic process. You have to apply online and pass the assessment test then it'll say to call the store to schedule an interview. Once you go in the store, the interview only takes bout 15 minutes. they ask questions to get a feel for your personality. If you're bubbly and outgoing and act like you like people then you're sure to get the job. There's no drug test

Applied for here different positions at same location. Received phone about 3 days after. Interview very informal and quick . I was told to dress according to their store culture and style which is very relaxed and denim inspired .
