The interview consists of two parts. First, it takes 10 minutes to introduce yourself. Secondly, the employer takes 50 minutes to ask questions and communicate with the interviewer. On the whole, there is some pressure in the interview, which may be related to the psychological quality and experience of the interviewer.
Multiple one on ones and a research presentation. Asked to present on previous work and future interests. Asked about knowledge of the field and how research could compliment the research program of the lab.
