It was an odd and unprofessional interview process. I ended up waiting in the lobby with a bunch of other people for what seemed about an hour. The secretary was very nice and then i found out that she wasnt actually part of the agency but the secretary for the whole rented space. Unfortunate because she was the only non sketchy part of the interview process. After waiting and waiting I was brought to the back and was asked a series of general questions that had nothing to do with my skills. I was introduced to some staff and the tone of the office just seemed fake or forced. I was asked to spend a day in the office and work for free. Nope.
