Open interview process. Show up and wait for your turn. Interview were conducted in the bar area with customers, loud music, and no privacy. My interview took about 5 minutes. My interviewer seemed more concerned with getting it over with than trying to find the right candidates. He explained nothing about the company and very little about the position. It was almost as if he expected me to lead the interview.
