I could go on and on about how awful they were at managing the interview process. The worst aspect was the “test” they give you which featured a broken excel challenge. I spent almost the entire time trying to complete the excel portion before realizing that they clearly had no idea that the issues with the formatting made it impossible to finish properly. Regardless, I was cordial because I admire the mission, so much so that I was knowingly taking a pay cut to work there. 4 months later, they told me I didn’t get the job. By that point I had already changed jobs and forgot I hadn’t received a response from them.
