The interview was very professional, the HR representative asked accurate & pertinent questions, and was very friendly which allowed for a very open conversation. The HR rep had very specific questions about my background & skill set that I would bring to the job, and brought in specific situations to see how I would handle specific issues if they were to happen. We spoke of how we motivate people in the work place, and how I would mentor my staff to meet goals, we also discuss how I would handle disciplinary actions if they were to occur, as well as how I work as a team or alone. It was asked where I saw myself in 5 years, and what personal work goals that I might have for myself. The conversation was open & it was very easy to speak to this person I felt very comfortable sharing information. I had two phone interviews, but to be hired I needed to work any shift which I could not other wise I would have accepted any offer given. If I were to get another chance at an interview I would make the exception to work any shift knowing this is a very good company to work for!
