I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Oxford, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
I filled in a brief questionnaire and personal information online, I was contacted around a week later by email and asked for an interview. The interview was a 'group interview' - it was an hour long and split between two parts. The first part was working on the shop floor, we had different stations - demonstrating hemp cream and another product they had, as well as greeting guests. I was greeting people and then got moved to the makeup section. The second part was a one on one interview where I was asked questions regarding availability as well as future goals.
I was invited to interview but ambushed with a group interview of 20 people. We had to split into groups and decide who we would kill out of a range of people. They watched us through a two way mirror. It was insane.

Question 1
Who would you kill out of a child who would grow up to cure cancer or a parent of three? AND SO ON
Had a phone interview which didn't last long. Asked me about availability, experience, about myself, ect. Was fixed term position but was made obvious that they wanted a long term team member. Didn't hear back until 3 weeks later to be told that I didn't get the job.
El proceso de selección fue excelente debido a su eficiencia, transparencia y precisión. Se utilizó una evaluación exhaustiva de habilidades, entrevistas sólidas y una atención cuidadosa a la cultura organizativa para seleccionar al candidato ideal
