Watching videos about the values of the company. Basic training by shadowing other employees. I was also instructed to read employee handbook and was schooled about all the products within the store and was able to practice sales pitching with other employees.

Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
