I applied both on-line and in-store, and about a week later received an email inviting me to an interview in three days. I was asked to wear all-black business attire and full-face makeup. It turned out to be a group interview and there were seven of us. The interview process was not hard. First, the interviewer asked why we wanted to work at TBS. Then, we were asked to introduce ourselves, and after divide into small groups and learn 3 interesting things about our partners and introduce them as well. For the next step, the groups were each assigned a product and had to prepare a brief promotion for it. In the end, the interview asked us if we had any questions and answered them. All in all the interview took about 1.5 hours.

It was very quick and it lasted about 15 minutes and it was average questions I heard back from them after 1 week for the final interview and they asked me after 1 week
