After submitting my application, I was contacted by the Recruitment Manager, who explained everything in detail: the nature of the job, the shift pattern, the team size, and potential challenges. She also provided information about the compensation package. I was happy to proceed, and then met with the Front of House Manager and the Director. I was pleased to hear that both meetings were positive. I then spent a few hours at the reception to get a feel for what the job would be like. The day after, I received a phone call from the Recruitment Manager, during which she extended a verbal offer, followed by an official letter. Very pleased with the outcome
