The interview was very basic. It was definitely a bit misleading regarding the pay scale but I realize in sales, nothing is guaranteed. Overall my interview was respectable in my opinion.

Interview
The manager called and interviewed me over the phone. We had several conversations, and he answered all of my questions. He hired me to start training on February 14, 2022. There is no base salary, so I was unable to accept the position.
