Initial HR screen call, week later zoom call with hiring managers. Straightforward work related questions, nothing difficult. One person was late for the call, would have been held against a candidate if they were late. The process was dragged on for 12 weeks with no response, all emails ignored.
Quick and easy! They effectively communicated how the whole process was going to play out and made it a less stressful process. They asked only a couple insurance related questions and are very friendly people.
