I applied for this job through careerbuilder.com and heard back from Human Resources within two or three days. I interviewed with the Front Desk Manager. She asked what I imagine were the standard questions for the position: about my experiences in hospitality, why I wanted to work at this hotel and for 3rd shift specifically, how my education or other experiences might help me excel in this position, etc, etc.
