I ended up declining the interview when I received a confirmation from the receptionist that instructed to allow for up to two hours of "pre-employment testing" at the interview. After inquiring what the testing entailed, I was told it was an IQ test and a Caliper Assessment (personality test). At which point the interview was cancelled by me.
