Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience with data, conflict resolution, experience working in a team, how to explain the position
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Amundsen Group (Cambridge, MA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Phone screen with human resources, phone interview with consultant and senior principal, onsite with 7 people of all levels and a 30 minute presentation on a data-related topic followed by 15 minutes of --questions. Total process lasted two months--slower because of holidays, but not overly protracted.
Most interviewees did not seem excited to be there. Two appeared to make mocking eye-rolling gestures to one another over my lunch with them. Unprofessional.
I applied through university. I interviewed at The Amundsen Group
Interview
Standard behavioral interview followed by a short case. Interviewers were cool and easy to talk to. Seemed to be some confusion over who was the senior management, Amundsen or QuintilesIMS.
