The Alternative Board interview questions

Sat down with hiring manager and went over a few basic interview questions. We reviewed my experience and what I knew about the company. It was very casual and relaxed. One on one.

Online Application with 10 minute phone screen then face to face. One of the worst interview processes. Complete radio silence even after been told to connect back after the hiring manager came back from vacation. Not even a "no thank you email" after a staff member tells you had the job just waiting for hiring manager to return from vacation.
