I interviewed at The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute
Interview
Initial phone interview with HR, basic questions and it was more informational than an interview. HR set up a skype interview with engineers so I could get a feel for the job and the employees. After couple weeks I had an onsite interview with VPs.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (Arlington, VA)
Interview
Applied via Indeed.com and received an email a couple of weeks later to confirm an interview date at their office in Arlington Virginia. Spoke with three engineers on staff who were friendly and informative of the position requirements. The interview lasted about 45 minutes.
