Apply on websites, Linkedin and other platforms. If selected you will recieve a call for the interview and you can start working if selected. Pretty traditional way to recruit but nice company and you can learn alot
The interview includes a Zoom interview and a face-to-face interview. In the Zoom interview, you will listen to a senior manager to share his/her sales experience. After that, every candidate will talk to a senior marketing consultant in a Zoom breakout room.

Interview
Two rounds of interview: One is with the General Manager on zoom, if qualified you will move to in-person interview round by a Senior Marketing Consultant who will instantly respond to you whether or not you are selected for the role.

They ask about yourself, your experience, what you know about sales, whether you have made any sales, and how comfortable you are with achieving targets.
