The 1916 Company interview questions

Applied online and received an email to let them know when I could do a 15min interview. The phone interview went well and I was told they would give me a call next week to schedule an interview person interview. A week went by and I heard nothing so I emailed the person I initially talk to. Never got a response back. Left a negative taste in my mouth because of it. Companies really should just send a rejection email instead of ghosting people who truly are eager to get a job.
