Position advertised on spacecareers.uk. Emailed cover letter and CV to provided email address and received an invite to complete online numerical, mechanical, verbal reasoning and personality tests. This was straightforward and following this was invited for a interview which was from a HR person and asked only competency based questions. Passed first interview and was required to do a technical interview which kept getting delayed. When email inviting me to second interview was offered I replied asking if this could be rearranged. This was partly because in a previous email I was told if an interview date was not convenient "not to worry" as this could be rearranged for a later date. However I did not receive a reply to my email and voicemails. My feeling is that they (Thales HR) had enough candidates who could make the interview dates at their convenience and so culled the ones who couldn't - even though they said interviews could be rearranged. Something to think about when deciding whether to invest time into making applications - very unprofessional!
