Fast 30 minute interview, was asked a couple questions about what drew me to textron, why this position, etc. Had two rounds of interviews. All questions were behavioral and very conversational.

30 minute interview on the day after university career fair for an avionics summer internship. first twenty minutes of the interview were normal interview question, then ten minutes where you ask the interviewer questions.

The first round interview was online through the HireVue software and had four questions. It took approximately 20 to 30 minutes, and there were two attempts per question. Only the last recording of each interview question is submitted.
