Overall great experience. My interview was with my current manager, as well as a representative from HR. I completed a personality test in advance, which we were able to discuss in person during the interview. Everyone was very positive and laidback, providing lots of transparency around anything I wanted to know. We did go through a series of prepared questions and my responses were noted. This was not a stressful interview, but more of a relaxed conversation. Further communication was handled through the recruiting firm until I accepted their offer.
