Texas Water Development Board Flood Risk Manager interview questions

1.5 hr behavioral interview with 2 panelists 1 hr skill test in databases. Behavior interview was based on job description so read it word by word. They also asked point by point how I would satisfy their basic qualifications and preferred qualifications. They also have weird looks when I finished answering in a few sentences. Seems like they wanted over explanation for everything
