It was a good process. Pretty easy I went in as a hostess for a brand new resturaunt and was able to go through the big training. Very easy and very fun.

Online application on company website, manager called back the same week to schedule an interview for next week, showed up for the interview with manager I talked on the phone with, and got hired on the spot. The interview was about 20 minutes total

Super easy it was more personality based no need to see what questions they ask if they like you they will hire you all I remember is that they just asked me about myself and that was it.

Good, they asked really good questions and did a good background check. They also had me meet many managers which all asked really good questions. They asked about my school and previous experience .
