Applied online and got a call a week or so later to set up an interview for two days later. The interview was easy and the manager was really welcoming! At the end she set me up with a second interview for the next day with a different manager. If you get a 2nd interview it’s safe to say you’re probably getting the job. This interview was equally as easy as the first ! (The next day or two I was emailed info about orientation.)

3 interviews. 3 different managers. all very nice and the questions were standard interview questions. kind of nerve racking though and I personally think 3 interviews is a bit much.

Smooth interview. They want to know your personality and the way you can handle customers and the fast paced environment. Good availability is a must have. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot.

Tell us about your previous experience dealing with an upset customer.
It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
