Interview
The managers called me to set up the interview. When I got there, we sat at the table and discussed why I wanted to work for the company and what my goals for the position were, as well as my previous work history.

What do you think you have to offer that makes you a good fit for this restaurant?
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
