After applying online, I heard from a human resources representative fairly quickly. A couple of days later I had a phone interview with HR. The initial phone interview went very well, and I was invited to interview with a claims supervisor. I had a phone interview with the supervisor a few days later, and was invited to schedule an on site interview. I was unable to schedule something for the one day the supervisor suggested, and reached out to the supervisor to suggest different times for the on site interview. I waited 10 days and did not receive a response, so a follow-up e-mail was sent. A day after sending the follow-up e-mail I received a rejection e-mail. It seems strange to received a rejection e-mail after having had 2 great phone interviews and in the process of scheduling an on site meeting.
